A CREATIVE
Born in Southern California and raised, military kid style, in Dallas, St Louis, Whidbey Island, (WA) Homedale, (ID) and Santa Ana and Yorba Linda, (CA) Cayce Newman is a landscape, nature, macro and fine art portrait photographer/artist/creative.
A visual artist from the near start, Cayce has worked through graphite, colored pencils, oils, and finally, light, glass, silver halide emulsions, and CCD image sensors.
With images and articles published in numerous magazines, journals, book covers, and trade publications, and a long history and passion for giving back to the photographic industry teaching workshops, programs and image competition judging, as well as service in local, state, and national photographic organizations, Cayce served as a Professional Photographers of America Counselor, Professional Photographers of California President, (18 months) and President (2 terms) and Executive Director (10 years) of the Inland Empire Professional Photographers and Videographers.
After enjoying 25 years as a fine art portrait and commercial artist and studio owner in the Inland Empire area of California, Cayce now travels exclusively and chases light, new image opportunities and teaching workshops worldwide.
